
PSD ECE offers high-quality programs that help young children get ready for kindergarten. Preschool is offered in 20 PSD elementary schools and our Early Head Start program supports families in our home-based and center-based optiopns. Placement at neighborhood schools or a parent's top-choice location is not guaranteed, but preferences are highly regarded and given due consideration upon admission.
How do I apply ?

The PSD EC application can be completed on a cell phone, tablet or computer and will take about 30 minutes.
Before starting it is best to gather the following documents to upload or attach an image:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of address – (One of the following: Mortgage Statement, Signed Lease, Utility Bill)
- Proof of Annual Income

Step 3: An EC Enrollment Tech will contact you within 10 business days to review your application and confirm any remaining documents needed

Step 4: All children are placed on our waitlist initially. Placements are made based on our established selection criteria.
You will be contacted should your child be placed in a classroom, and a final enrollment communication will be sent.

Step 5: Attend Preschool!
Your child will be taught by highly qualified licensed teachers who will provide social-emotional skill development, literacy and language development, individualized academic plans, and FUN-filled classes!

Step 2: Complete Universal Preschool Application
Only families with school age 4 year olds need to fill out BOTH the Universal Preschool Application AND 福利一区福利二区福利三区 District Early Childhood app.
Step 3: Complete ASQ-3 and ASQ-SE

Our funders and childcare licensing regulations require these documents:
Child or pregnant mother's physical exam –well child exam must be completed in the last 12 months, if your child has not had a well exam in the last 12 months now is a great time to get it scheduled.
Child or pregnant mother's immunizations
Child or pregnant mother's dental exam
Step 5: Review and Interview
When you submit your application online, Fullana front office staff will contact you to review application and conduct interview. When you submit in-person, staff will review application and conduct interview at that time.
Step 6: Complete Enrollment
Your application will then be moved on to our eligibility team for processing and eligibility determination, you will be contacted via email regarding your eligibility.
All children start on our waitlist and placements are made from the waitlist based on our selection criteria as our program is not first come – first serve.
Step 7: Begin home visits!
Your new family specialist will contact you to schedule your first home visit together.
I want to apply for EARLY HEAD START and my child is ZERO TO THREE YEARS OLD:
